Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Cancelled due to a customer request
- If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact Zhen beauty Customer Service at 1-800-457-8455 or via email info@zheninc.com.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your regular priced Zhen beauty purchase, simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. No return on discounted or specially priced products. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Zhen products. Please follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return or exchange.

Zhen beauty accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (includes APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories) and Canada. Canadian customer are responsible for any Duty and/or custom charges.
Zhen beauty orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your order. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
Standard Service Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 3 -7 business days from the order's ship date.
Expedited Service Orders shipped via Expedited Service are delivered within one to two business days from the order's ship date. Expedited Service is through USPS and is available Monday through Thursday, Fridays shipments will be delivered on Monday. Orders must be placed by 3pm CST to make that days Expedited Service.
Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via Expedited service.
Please note: Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays). Orders being shipped to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via standard shipping method.

Select USPS_International_Shipping in your shopping cart under Shipping Method. You will receive a confirmation email with your total including your international shipping charge.
Step 1
Select the quantity (and color) of product you wish to purchase in the box located adjacent to the product.
Step 2
Click the Add to Cart icon, which places the product selected in the desired quantity in your shopping cart. At any time during your shopping you can check the items placed in your shopping cart by clicking on View cart from the menu at the top of each page.
Step 3
When you've completed shopping, click on Checkout from the menu at the top and follow the prompts. Of course, while you are shopping, you may change your mind and delete any item in your bag by clicking on View Bag from the menu at top. After your order is submitted, you will be taken to a thank you page that assigns you an order number and includes all the details about your order. If there are any problems processing your order, please contact Zhen Customer Service at 1-800-457-8455 or via email and be sure to refer to your order number. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours of order placement, please contact us at 1-800-457-8455 for further assistance. Spam filters may be employed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or on your browser that may be preventing our email from getting through to you.

Clicking this menu item brings up your shopping bag and displays a list of all the items you have selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, as well as a current sub-total. If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply select the "Delete" button to the left of the product name and this will remove the item. If you wish to cancel your order completely, click on the "Cancel Order" button at the bottom of the page. If you share your computer with others, we recommend that you sign out of your session by clicking Sign out before leaving My Account pages. Because settings on individual monitors vary, it is often hard for us to show the exact color(s) of each item. All images have been optimized to look their best on a variety of different platforms, browsers and monitors. If you have questions about a particular color of an item, please contact us.
